Future Family AwardsThere are 11 award categories available in 2017. These are based around diversity of family types and look at a number of aspects including marketing & communications, success rates and data, customer experience and specialised services. Submissions will be backed up by evidence from nominees that will be reviewed by our judging panel.

The Award Categories

Single parent provider

The category is awarded to clinics and organisations that are outstanding in their market to single parents by:

(a) innovative investment activities, and/or

(b) original services and products implementation (new or significantly enhanced), and/or

(c) original ways of communicating with diverse patients and creative specific/dedicated marketing methods, and/or

(d) successful research and development projects or new diagnostic and treatment methods of implementation to support diverse modern family types, and/or

(e) other innovative approaches.

Older parent provider (over 35)

The category is awarded to clinics and organisations that are outstanding in their market for older parents (over 35) by:

(a) innovative investment activities, and/or

(b) original services and products implementation (new or significantly enhanced), and/or

(c) original ways of communicating with diverse patients and creative specific/dedicated marketing methods, and/or

(d) successful research and development projects or new diagnostic and treatment methods of implementation to support diverse modern family types, and/or

(e) other innovative approaches.

LGBT parent provider

The category is awarded to clinics and organisations that are outstanding in their market for LGBT people by:

(a) innovative investment activities, and/or

(b) original services and products implementation (new or significantly enhanced), and/or

(c) original ways of communicating with diverse patients and creative specific/dedicated marketing methods, and/or

(d) successful research and development projects or new diagnostic and treatment methods of implementation to support diverse modern family types, and/or

(e) other innovative approaches.

Co-parent provider

The category is awarded to clinics and organisations that are outstanding in their market for co-parenting people by:

(a) innovative investment activities, and/or

(b) original services and products implementation (new or significantly enhanced), and/or

(c) original ways of communicating with diverse patients and creative specific/dedicated marketing methods, and/or

(d) successful research and development projects or new diagnostic and treatment methods of implementation to support diverse modern family types, and/or

(e) other innovative approaches.

Overall diverse customer provider

It will look at customer service and communications, personalised treatments, and support and care that is made available for diverse and modern clients, including single parents, older parents and LGBT parents.

IVF Clinic of the Year

This category is awarded to IVF clinics whose offer and services are distinguished by the exceptional patient-driven approach specifically designed and tailored to the diverse and modern client, facilitating access to specialist treatment.

It will look at customer service and communications, personalised treatments, and support and care that is made available for diverse and modern clients. It will also review success rates broken down into single parents, older parents and LGBT parents.

Surrogacy Agency of the Year

This category is awarded to surrogacy agencies whose offer and services are distinguished by the exceptional patient-driven approach specifically designed and tailored to the diverse and modern client, facilitating access to specialist treatment.

It will look at customer service and communications, personalised treatments, and support and care that is made available for diverse and modern clients. It will also review success rates broken down into single parents, older parents and LGBT parents.

Fostering & Adoption Agency of the Year

This category is awarded to fostering and/or adoption agencies whose offer and services are distinguished by the exceptional patient-driven approach specifically designed and tailored to the diverse and modern client.

It will look at customer service and communications, personalised treatments, and support and care that is made available for diverse and modern clients. It will also look at work done at breaking down barriers and promoting alternative family types by the organisation.

Egg Bank of the Year

This category is awarded to Ova Banks that implement the highest quality and organisational standards to provide the donors with security and comfort, have transparent rules of cooperation with clinics and recipients as well as implement innovative solutions that distinguish them from others.

Sperm Bank of the Year

This category is awarded to Sperm Banks that implement the highest quality and organisational standards to provide the donors with security and comfort, have transparent rules of cooperation with clinics and recipients as well as implement innovative solutions that distinguish them from others.

Community or Network Group of the Year

This category is awarded to charities, network groups and community groups whose offer and services are distinguished by the focussed and specific approach of bringing together information and people specifically designed and tailored to the diverse and modern family structure.
